I like eating out at restaurants, but that's usually the easy part, so don't bother unless it it is really unusual. Any ideas for other (different) things to do, besides the typical (movies, bars, etc.) Any good dance clubs for 30 something types or live music clubs? She likes pop-country and some R%26amp;B, and I like rock (new, 90s alternative, some classic (rolling stones hendrix, who, punk, etc.). Anything really different would be great. I am kind of athletic and out-door-sy, but she isn't all that adventerous. Theaters where they play really good old or indy movies would be great. Any tips would be appreciated. I am willing to try anything, if I can get her to go along! I haven't dated in a really long time, though. Port Tobacco Players Theater, La Plata MD (Community theater much fun, there could be other community theaters closer to you)

Maryland Renaissance Festival (Fall only)

National Harbor Gaylord Hotel (Restaurants and night club in the hotel and there is a really neat water fountain show in the hotel lobby it is free and really cool)

The inner Harbor. Tons of restaurants, shops, science museum (which is a blast!), the aquarium, street performers, ESPN Zone and lots of culture if you stay in the tourist areas.Do you know of unique things to do in Baltimore, Frederick, MD, or Howard or Carrol county, MD on a date?
this really has nothing to do with what you asked..but the aquarium in baltimore is amazing, i'd check it out
