The middle school students were visiting the National Aquarium last week. Chaperones took them to various restaurants for lunch because the group of 100 was too large for a single place.
One group of 15 to 20 students ended up at Hooters.
Superintendent Wayne Brookhart says that while he wishes the group's coed chaperones had chosen another restaurant, he has not received any complaints from parents.
Hooters spokesman Mike McNeil says the restaurant chain often hosts family-friendly events such as church organizations with teens and younger children.

I wouldn't care if my son ate lunch at Hooters in the 8th grade. You see worse on TV or at the beach. It's not a strip club, after all.

It is socially awkward though, in my opinion to have some 30 year old with 35d's while you're talking to a female friend serve you.
It wouldn't bother me. Those girls are wearing tank tops and shorts, I'm sure they've seen worse at a pool. I don't understand why anyone would go there to eat though, their food is god awful.
Kids see worse then that on tv, at the beach, and video games. I would not be upset by it at all.

I do. It's encouraging teens that this stuff is ok. And I'm sure it's against their handbook.
