I live in Baltimore and heard there's a gourmet restaurant somewhere in PA that serves Kangaroo, Ostrich and Buffalo burgers, just wondering if anyone knows where they serve any of these burgers?Where to get gourmet burgers?

I'm not 100% sure but thought I'd try and be of some help.
Google "Bison burgers"instead of Buffalo in the Bmore area. You may be more successful. Not sure of a gourmet restaurant but I know "red brick station" in white marsh serves Bison. Good luck!
