How and where could I go about applying for a Secret Shopper job in the Annapolis/Baltimore MD area, without worrying about giving out personal information online? I'm skeptical of websites that could be scams.Does anyone know how I can become a Secret Shopper?
You will have to give out personal information to apply to mystery shopping companies. Make sure the site is secure ("https:") before entering personal data. And check to see if the company is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. A company that is not a member may still be a good, reputable company. You can be certain that member companies are reputable.

Never pay a fee to apply, and never cash a check and wire money to anyone. Legitimate mystery shopping companies will not ask you to do this.
