Hi! My friends and I are going to the Alicia Keys Concert on 6/15/08 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore MD?

We are taking a road trip from New York City to Baltimore MD. We are staying in Baltimore MD from 6/13/08-6/16/08 at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel (1739 W Nursery Rd Linthicum Heights, MD 21090) We are also thinking about traveling to Washington DC, hence we are trying to juggle BOTH places during those days! I would like to know 1. What places can we visit in Baltimore MD (monuments, FOOTBALL FIELDS lol, Nightclubs, Pubs, Restaurants, Lounges etc.) AND how FAR/LONG/MILES will it take us to travel from Baltimore MD TO Washington DC? Could this be possible? We are trying to visit BOTH places! PLEASE HELP! Thank You!Hi! My friends and I are going to the Alicia Keys Concert on 6/15/08 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore MD?
You can easily visit both places. Baltimore has the Inner Harbor which has lots of restaurants and bars/pubs. There are some ships there you can go on and a water taxi to take you all around. The Baltimore Aquarium is there too, it's very nice.

It is easy to get into Washington too. I would actually drive down to the New Carrollton Metro stop (in New Carrollton Maryland) and park and ride into DC. It's much easier than to drive and park down town. From the Metro you can get to the Smithsonian, the Capitol, the White House, and the Memorials. It's a beautiful city and well worth your time.

From Linthicum you can expect it to take 40 minutes or less to the New Carrollton Metro stop. It's probably 20-30 miles.

Have a great time!Hi! My friends and I are going to the Alicia Keys Concert on 6/15/08 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore MD?
