flourDoes anyone have the recipe for the flatbread provided in Helmand Afghani restaurant in Baltimore?
I do a vegan flatbread for when our vegan friends come to visit. Add 200ml of soya unsweetened milk to 500g of plain flour and 1 tsp of salt, mix well and knead for 10 mins. Divide the dough in 8-10 ball, roll out into a circle and 'bake' it using a dry fry pan.
Of course you don't need to use soya milk. I've used semi skinned milk and it works too.
