Going out on the town in Baltimore for my bday with 20 friends in a limo. Where do we go?

I know its restaurant week in Baltimore next week so we would like to go to Baltimore to get something to eat then out for drinks afterwords. Would powerplant be the best? Or somewhere else? What specific restaurants and places to go?

hard rock cafe is an awsome plac but any place on the harbor will be awsome
i'd go to little italy, make reservations ahead of time... then power plant is so close you could walk afterwards, but will be much easier in a limo... my favorite little italy restaraunt is amici's; they actually just put in a new bar recentlyGoing out on the town in Baltimore for my bday with 20 friends in a limo.
