We are both 23 and he's very busy so whatever we would do shound't be very far or take more than a couple hours.No really expensive resturants either, looking for no more than the price of a meal at say Fridays/Ruby Tuesdays if possible.Anything interesting to do in Baltimore this weekend or any interesting restaurants to eat at?
You need to go to the Inner Harbor. That's the best place for tourists in B-more.
