You can't, you have to come up here to Philly. Its all about the rolls and the best ones are made by Amarosso's bakery and they only have 1 factory here in Philly. If you get a chance to make it up here, try Jims on South Street, Pats or Genos or Tony Lukes in South Philly, or Delassandro's in Roxborough. I am telling you though, its all in the roll and you can taste the difference when you leave Philly, even it south Jersey.
The girl below me can give me a thumbs down all she wants but I had a Megerk's and it couldn't compare. The roll was crap.
I went to Philly yesterday and ate a sandwich at JIM's. It was great. Thank you for the suggestion.

Is there good philly cheese steak sandwich in Baltimore, MA?There is a restaurant in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore called Magerk's that specializes in Philly Cheese steaks, they're amazing there!
If you have Quiznos up there, there is good philly cheese steaks....
You're best bet for a real Philly Cheesesteak is to go to Philly. You'll never have a better one than in Philly. (It's not far from Baltimore, if you don't mind a drive). But if you're coming to Charm City, you really need to try our seafood! Head down to the Harbor and find Phillip's Seafood (in one of the little shopping centers on the water). If you want something a bit fancier, try the Rusty Scupper. They have a great view of the Harbor and after dinner, you can take a water taxi over to the Chessecake Factory for dessert.
Enjoy your visit!
i'd have to say you need to go to philly. but if you can't check out lexington market downtown.
