Little Italy has great restaurants. Also Ruth's Chris is a favorite :) Pricey though...
Well whenever I go to Baltimore I always end up eating at either The Cheescake Factory or Tir Na Nog. Both of them are in Inner Harbor and you can see the water from them. If you're looking for seafood, I'd go with Phillips.What are the best restaurants in Baltimore, MD?
The Rusty Scupper has fantastic seafood and an equally amazing view. It's right on (practically jutting into) Baltimore's crown jewel, the Inner Harbor
Pazo Restaurant is delicious... and also if you like seafood I highly recommend Phillip's Sea Food Restaurant. both yummy!
