I would prefer a place that is kinda upscale but not extremely classy and uptight. Some place where ppl dress up but at the same time can laugh out loud and have fun and enjoy the celebration of adulthood:)What are some good restaurants in the baltimore md and surrounding areas to celebrate someones 21st bday?
