It used to be Lista's in Fells but they're gone. La Hacienda was also delicious. I love Nacho Mama's in Canton, but its very americanized. (Their selection is tremendous though.)What is the best mexican restaurant in Baltimore, Md?

I guess La Tolteca. The BEST Mexican restaurant was La Hacienda on Harford Road, but I believe they are now closed.
