What's a good place in Baltimore to have some appetizers w/friends but still be able to hear a conversation?

Want to have a casual meeting at a local restaurant or lounge where we can enjoy appetizers but still be able to hold a meeting with no fear that we'll have to yell because we can't hear.What's a good place in Baltimore to have some appetizers w/friends but still be able to hear a conversation?
