Need advice! Please help?

Ok, so I am a 21 year old guy. I work in a restaurant as a waiter on the weekends. About a month ago, this new hostess got hired. She is very good looking, has a great sense of humor and we seem to get along great. I am very much into her and I think that she likes me but im getting mixed signals. About two weeks ago we were talking about the aquarium and she asked me to take her. I live in Philly and the best aquarium in the area is in Baltimore which is about 2 hours away and she said she was fine with that so I figured that she must like me if she was willing to go 2 hours away with me. Its been 2 weeks and our plans keep getting pushed back. last weekend and again this weekend, I have been trying to get her to go out and made it very obvious that im interested in her because I asked her if she wanted to hang out and when she asked what I had in mind, I threw out a couple of ideas and told her that it didnt really matter where we went, that I just wanted to hang out with her and that I would take her home and all. Well last night, I asked if she wanted to go bowling after work and she was deffinitely into it but then asked another girl that we work with if she wanted to come along too which I didnt mind because it would make it less awkward and I was friends with this other girl as well. Well it quickly changed from a "yeah, lets go!" to a "well ill go if she goes." and when the other girl said that she didnt feel like going out, she left to go home (and get changed to come out was the original plan) without telling me if she was joking or serious about not going out. I texted her twice and she didnt respond. I still think she likes me because she deffinitely seems interested and she seems like she wants to hang out, but it keeps not happening. Im thinking about resorting to the old middleschool method and sending her a text or a picture message of a note saying "I like you! Do you like me? [ ] yes [ ] no". Is this cute or childish? Should I force her into giving me an answer like that or just wait and see? I dont want to keep putting myself out there if shes not interested and come off as being creepy or not taking the hint. I hate these games! Can anyone help?Need advice! Please help?
Just say something like, "Wow. It sucks how we can't seem to get to do anything together because of our schedules or something. When do you think is a good time to go out? I really like you."
