We have still casually texted and skyped since then and we decided on going out again the next week. We went out to another restaurant and the Inner Harbor at Baltimore and talked, then she came over for a bit to my place because it was raining and we just watched Zombie-land (She loves zombies). Then I took her home we kissed a little and then decided on going to the punk rock show on Sunday (that night with Zombie-land was Wednesday) together because we both like a lot of the same music. That was yesterday and we had a ton of fun there seeing the bands and just hanging out. She seems like a really cool, down to earth, sweet girl and I do want to continue dating her. She wants to hang out again too because we had so much fun and after all this I kind of want to ask her to be "In a relationship" but I don't want to come across as too serious about it and I guess I don't want to ruin it by trying to commit to something too early. What do you guys think? I want to continue seeing her and spending time together. We both love punk rock, funny movies, writing, and animals and we're a lot alike but different too but in good ways. What do you think is it too soon? Should I just see what happens? When do you ask a girl if she wants to be in a committed relationship?
After about a month of casual dating, or 6-8 dates, whichever comes first is a good time to ask her if she wants to be in a relationship.
How long ago did you meet her?
approximate.
Re-post, and i'll get back at you. When do you ask a girl if she wants to be in a committed relationship?
well i think yu should see how this date goes aswel, and afterwards when you take her home or at the endof the date you should start talking about future plans, what you hope to achieve in life and get on to the topic of relationships (perhaps taking hr out to dinner would make this topic do-able)
just say at the end of the date, that you;ve really enjoyed the dates and hope you two will one day be more?
word it in your own way, just word is as to say "i hope we'll be in an official relationship", she may already consider it an official relationship. (we ladies tend to do that after a couple of dates.)
i dont think it;s too soon to tell her what you want, i mean theres no point in carrying on to see her if you dont both want the same things (i.e she's just looking for fun..) unloess you wouldnt mind that?
you should just say someting:)
